Mechanical Team Lead Job

We are looking for a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer who thrives on challenges and wants to grow their career.

A Team Lead motivates and manages their team to meet daily objectives, ensures efficient operations, and communicates performance and issues to upper management. They coach and mentor staff, coordinate tasks, manage deadlines, and oversee project documentation to ensure client and organizational expectations are met. Supporting the Director of Production, they handle budgets, performance metrics, conflict resolution, and facilitate project progress, changes, and reporting.

Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational or project-related issues effectively.

Experience managing project documentation, including reports, deliverables, and correspondence.

Professional Engineering (P.E.) license with willingness to obtain reciprocity in other states.
